Maybe not the most informative, maybe not the most sober… but definitely the most entertaining. Diggnation is the podcast from Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht of Digg.com. Each week they cover some of the weekly top stories from said social-bookmarking website. I love This Week In Tech for my tech news, I love The HotSpot from GameSpot is the best for game news… but Diggnation takes the cake as far as everything else is concerned.
As an example of why I love Kevin and Alex, who start the show with a few (good) beers, I will take a quote from this week’s show. They’re discussing a story about a man who makes Etch-a-Sketch portraits:
Alex: This guy’s crazy. He’s gotta be like autistic or something. You know what I mean? You know like they can do stuff that other people shouldn’t. Right? You know what I mean? Like you throw a bucket of matches and they go “uh… 72!” and you’re like, “I didn’t… could you just pick them up.”
And that’s exactly why you need to be downloading Diggnation.
