Opening ceremonies concluded not to long ago, and we’re totally stoked about this weekend’s events. The bands are already downstairs in the concert room performing their sound checks, which means that they’re actually going to be going on stage on time this year! The first concert is at 7PM. Right now there’s a tourney going on of which I can’t remember.
I was also talking to Aaron of GeeQ, an up and coming studio who is focusing on pooling talent of non-industry programmers and game designers to design games, eventually giving them a way of getting into the industry.
